Fifa World Cup 2014

One of the most exciting sports events is coming up,which is the Fifa world cup coming up in June.The World Cup's going to be held in Brazil.I've never been to a World cup before in real.I wish I could see this one.The hosts are Brazil,who've won the World cup 5 times,which is a record so they might have even more confidence this time and might be able to win this one.Teams like Germany,Brazil,Argentina and Spain look class though my vote is to Germany.Though all the 4 I mentioned before are good,I think the final is going to be between Germany and Spain.The mascot is an Armadillo.The hosts,Brazil are the only team who haves qualified for all 20 tournaments.Brazil legend Ronaldo has scored 15 goals in the World cup,which is the most.My favourites,Germany have lost the final the most times.They've won three,but lost four.I guess the top scorer might be Ronaldo or Messi.Thought both of them rock in their clubs,they haven't looked good in World cups.Both of them have played in World cup 2006 and 2010.Messi was a fresh face in 2006,but his failure to find the net in 2010 was a huge shock.Well,I don't have to wait for long before the tournament starts.If I don't see the tournament,I'll probably even change my name!

New York

What can you say about New York except for it's the best city,it's the most bustling city, has amazing shimmering lights.Compare Times Square to Dhaka.I guess even a baby who's still in the tummy would know.It's kind of the only comparison which you can write even if you don't have a brain.At night,Times Square looks like a rainbow with colours like blue,red,green,yellow,orange etc.If you plan to go there,don't think they'll be no one in New York an you'll have miles of place to walk.Times Square is when all the houses and apartments look black and the Times Square so dazzling that you even might get colour-blind.It feels like if anything releases their,some phone,toy,movie,ball etc,the thing will come in India after ages.It seems like if you're extremely excited a movie,board the flight to New York.They have the best malls ever.Though I've never been to New York myself,everyone knows what it'll look like.We could probably learn more about countries and cities in around grade 6.But if you ask a toddler,"Do you want to go to New York?".Even a dead person could know what the response would be.I bet the architects of skyscrapers there are geniuses.New Yorkers aren't even used to seeing a speck of dust on the roads.The cars there will blow the socks of cars in India.It's like comparing Burj Khalifa to an anthill.If cities were people,their inspiration would obviously be New York

Poveglia

Poveglia is arguably the most terrifying placed on earth.It's an island in Italy.It covers seventeen acres.When once the huge plague struck,the ones who got affected from it went yo Poveglia.It's kind of a very huge house.The ghosts of the persons who died their still remain their.I think what can be heard if you're inside the house is ghostly voices that will make your face turn pale.The ghost with sharp daggers and swords walking down the satire.No light with bloodcurdling screams at midnight.I bet all the horror stories get filmed there.In 1922,it was turned to a mental hospital with a cruel owner.He used to try to cure patients as gently as he could by only using some hammers etc.It's a place where unusual loud bangs,creaky footsteps and other spooky things are there.A family recently had sought to buy the island and then left the first night there.then they refused to comment on it.All we know is their daughter's face was ripped open and required 14 stitches.It gives me goosebumps.I would never in my wildest dreams would buy this ultra-scary place.The most hilarious thing is it has just been auctioned.I think the one who thought of auctioning this is out of his/her mind.

Tiger Conservation

The animal that is mostly talked about when it comes to endangered animals is the tiger.It's the biggest endangered animal in India.You have to save it.How awkward would you feel when other countries giggle at you that your own national animal is extinct.The agency that is trying to save tigers is called 'Project Tiger'.It started in 1973 with a mere 268 tigers which was expanded to 1576 tigers in 2003 though now there are about 1498 which means the number of tigers has been decreased in the past 11 years.Tiger is at the apex of the food chain,which means it handles the stability of ecosystems.The Project Tiger  organisation uses a core-buffer strategy.The core part is habitats which are kept free from any biotic disturbances.In the buffer part,other animals and humans are allowed to come near.In my opinion,the core part seems more safe unless people learn these things about tigers.The agency is doing a good job and I say they can preserve more and more tigers until there is a good number of them.This species of tiger,called the Bali Tiger,is already extinct.I hope the same doesn't happen to the Royal Bengal tiger,because is Bengal is a state in India.So save tigers!

Betty White

Betty White is an actress.If you think she's 32 years old,you are wrong by a mile.She's 92.92,can you believe it?She was also there in one of my favourite show,Boston legal.I've written a blog about  it.She currently holds the Guiness world book of records for the longest acting career.It's even in my book.It's strange how people end up acting at an unbelievable age like 92.She's still acting in a show in 2014.I don't know which one,but she is.I thought when I saw her in Boston legal,she would have hearing or talking problems.But no,she was fine.I thought she wasn't real.What an amazing lady.What a career!She now usually plays a role as an old lady nowadays,but yes it is unbelievable.First I thought famous persons didn't live up till more than 82.If they did,they couldn't walk or talk or hear.She is active.I mean,she's not one of those persons spends the whole day in front of a TV drinking tea.And she's funny.Ever seen someone aged more than 70 in a TV show?Of course you haven't.It's a miracle to watch someone 90+ acting.I wish even I could speak and perform like her if I get to live up to her age.

Rwanda genocide

Yesterday was the 20th anniversary of the Rwanda genocide.In 1994,this tragic event happened.There were two clans,tutsi and hutu.You might have thought it would have been around a thousand deaths.Well,I'm sorry,but you're sadly mistaken.About a million deaths happened in a spans of 100 days.Thank god this hasn't happened in India or we could be in danger.The UN says that they're sad that they had failed to stop the genocide.I wouldn't be so happy myself if I was in charge of the whole world and I would have failed to prevent a gigantic war with killings of about 1 million people.Major attacks were made.So many people were shot down.The city must have been full of weapons and tanks or something to have killed this number of people.My opinion was that the Hutus were more powerful and it was only them who started the genocide.85% of the Rwandans were Hutus and I'm sure that the Tutsis would have had an awful time.If anyone's making some kind of a campaign to stop genocides,I'm in.Well the number of deaths mentioned on the internet terrified me.If they hadn't shown the number,I wouldn't have cared.I'm sure only a person in a billion would have thought a million deaths could have happened.I don't think anyone will now be keen to start a genocide after reading this.

Need for Speed

I watched this movie called Need for Speed yesterday.It was mind-blowing.What a story!What cars.I love cars and you should have seen the cars that were in the movie.I can't explain about the movie in so short,it had so many exciting parts.There is a gang of 5 in which the best driver and the leader,Toby Marshall builds a Mustang.He races with his enemy,Dino Brewster.In the race the youngest in the gang,Pete also races.He looks like a teenager or a 20 year old.He doesn't let the enemy,Dino Brewster overtake him,so Dino bumps his car into him,and Pete goes in the air and down the bridge.Pete dies,and Toby gets very angry.Then instead oF Dino,Toby goes to jail.Then,he races in a car from New York to California and Dino tires his best to kill him but he isn't successful.He wins the race.Then there is a short race in which Dino and Toby both compete and there are 6 cars,all the 4 other get an accident and only Toby and Dino are left.Then Dino's car also gets ruined and Toby punches him and wins the race.I wish I was an actor myself in that film and the producers could have let me take home a few cars.If that was the deal,I could have registered myself and told the producers they pay me in cars instead of money.They were super cars such as Bugatti,Ferraris,Lamborghini.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               And it wasn't just the cars.You should have seen their driving.What about Toby and Dino's rivalry.Because of the whole gang,everything ran smoothly.The other partners were making some contribution or the other.Dino's attempts to kill Toby.It seemed so real.And Need for Speed is actually a game.I wish they make the sequel too!

Bermuda Triangle

Today I'm going to write about the brain-busting mystery of the Bermuda triangle.It's also called the devil's triangle.Whenever planes or ships travel over it,they sink.This even more puzzling than solving a rubiks cube in 5 seconds.The planes who sink in the Bermuda triangle might have human errors or some engine failures.Either it's because of something in the Bermuda Triangle or either it's a huge coincidence of the numerous ships and planes that have sank because of plane or human errors.It is somewhere around Puerto Rico and Florida.Well,I want to solve this mind-bending mystery in my lifetime.What could possibly be the solution to this 'almost impossible' mystery?Some say it might be a pure coincidence,or is it something like a aquatic magnet that pulls it down.Or could this be the work of extra terrestrials or supernatural forces.Hundreds of theories have been made,but nobody knows which one is true.Methane gas,freak waves,unusual seafloor,strange weather and electronic fog are also some of them.I actually feel like visiting the place but I'm afraid I'll never turn up again.These days you know this Malaysian plane has gone missing sand hasn't been found for some time.Well,I guess it's connected to the Bermuda Triangle.The place where the vehicles sink is shaped like a triangle.That's why it's called the Bermuda Triangle.My goal would be to bring this mystery to an end by solving it.What do you think about the Bermuda triangle?Why do these vehicles sink?It is a brain-boggling mystery, isn't it?
